Giving Back America volunteers serving the community

Our Story

Born From a Belief That No One Should Be Left Behind

Giving Back America was founded on a simple conviction: every person — regardless of circumstance — deserves dignity, compassion, and a helping hand.

How We Started

In 2025, a small group of neighbors in Greenbrier, Arkansas began gathering on weekends to prepare and deliver meals to homeless veterans living under a nearby bridge. What started as a handful of volunteers with a few grocery bags quickly grew into something far larger than any of them imagined.

By 2026, Giving Back America was formally incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We started our first community kitchen, launched a veterans housing assistance program, and began partnering with local churches, schools, and businesses to extend our reach.

Today, we serve countless individuals and families each year across Arkansas and beyond. Our programs have expanded to include emergency food assistance, transitional housing support, job readiness training, and youth mentorship — all rooted in the same spirit of neighbor helping neighbor that sparked our founding.
